| No confirmation of this wave from Hasbro yet. But I would love to see all of these figures made, except for Nom Anor. |

It looks too much like Skeletor for my taste. But I concede that fans of the EU should get some really good figures from time to time, and I presume that this one will surely please. He'll be a pass for me; but I am glad that fans of the EU are getting a chance to add him to their collections. |

| I agree, some of the EU characters look like something out of spawn or something, but it is what it is. I read some of the stories that reflect these characters and what they have done/ or how the impacted what we see in the movies really makes it easier to overlook their Gothic designs. The YUUZHAN VONG were horrid looking creatures, and I think Hasbro did an awesome job depicting that. but there is that comic book side of me that loves a certain comic book art, and giving the Star Wars comics a chance... I actually read comic books now... I was never into them before, and when you tend to think of comics so many other ones come to mind... I would never thought my liking for Star Wars throughout my life would turn into this... I love it! |

When I received this figure I could not believe the weight it had to it... and it stands about two heads taller than the average figure, th size and attention to detail are very impressive imo |

I too said the exact same thing...
I too was die hard OT, then I didn't mind the prequels.. then I began to read the comics.. they are all part of the same story.. just different times.. give it read and you will then understand...
If any of you have a smartphone look into the downloadable e-comics from your applicable app store: Purchase Star Wars Legacy Volumes 1-3 and give them a chance...
to each their own, but the expanded universe explains what we see in the movies, why things are the way they are.. why there are only 2 sith at a time, how the wars started etc...
and I was never into comics nor the expanded universe but I gave it shot due to the fact of all the appealing figures in the expanded universe and I am not one to purchase a figure who I know nothing about, or the role in the story Once I started reading these comics I couldn't stop.. |

I am strongly feeling this way as days go on... No figures mean as much to me as the Original Trilogy figures do. Prequel figures are usually musts for me but I am not even feeling that way too much anymore. The Original Trilogy figures definitely have a special place near and dear to my heart. There is just a special "magic" that those first movies have. A magic that a lot of the EU and prequel stories lack IMHO. I doubt I will even pick up this EU figure now... but those OT figures are for sure! I can try and venture out and collect new lines, but when it comes down to it... Star Wars, and their Original Trilogy figures are my jam! |
