I was fortunate enough to acquire a few works from Carl BouMansour out of the UK. One being "Yoda's Hut," which is one of my favorite pieces in my collection. Just wanted to share how I displayed my Barris Offee figure upon receiving last weekend.. The ad KitFisto shared with us earlier was my inspiration...

x1 Barriss and x12 battle droids used... The acrylic case is an action figure display case I use for weekly displays/ scenes..

After I saw Sideshow's Mythos characters, I quickly fell in love. It is almost as if each character is hit with an extra touch of "bad-ass-ness" from an EU point of view. In no way did I create these to replace their original versions.. But having the option by simply swapping accessories was something that is always important to me... so each figure can go back to its original Hasbro form.. I did cut an extra Qui Gon robe as far as sleeves and four holes for the back pack straps but other than that nothing has been altered from its original form.. Let me know what you think! Ebay seller/ artist: wskr14 has his own custom which had a lot to do with my inspiration:

**Also, notice in some pictures I used Quinlan Vos' hands on Obi Wan due to the hand wraps.. I personally feel like I am leaning towards the original Obi Wan hands from Hasbro ... but wanted your opinions before I came to that conclusion. I opted not to cut his skirt (to show his pants like artwork) to leave the Samurai feel instilled by Lucas/ Mcquirre.. I originally did try using the ROTS Obi Wan(who already has cut skirt and more pant exposure) but just felt the Sir Alec Guinness sculpt was more for what I was going for... personally.

this is what is currently on display as of yesterday... so the shots of other projects on the same shelf are just from weeks past Smile

The large winged version of the TIE wouldn't cfit within the shelf space... so I had to use the small winged one. By only an inch or less too to put that in perspective.
