Sideshow Collectible's website teases fans with a picture of their new
upcoming figure in their premium format 1/4 scale figure line; Princess Leia.
Besides the picture there are no more details about the figure such as:
availability date, price, production numbers, and possible exclusive
variants. In the meantime,
this is all we get.
Yoda027 was lucky enough to get an advance copy of Revenge of the Sith on DVD
and spent last night watching both disks in his home theatre, read his mini
review below:
When I found my copy of ROTS waiting for me today when I got home, I had
one thing on my mind and that was to settle in for a great night! I decided
to start with the bonus disk and I was not disappointed, it was all I could
have wanted and more! "Within a Minute" will give you a whole new perspective
on what it really takes to make a great film and should not be missed
(running time of that feature alone is almost 80 minutes).
The deleted scenes were as we were told they would be last month and
included the option to have with Intros from Lucas or not. There are also
plenty of candid moments from Lucas in the 6 hour plus bonus disk, as well as
other cast and crew members. I have yet to dive into the DVD-ROM or web
features, but that's what the weekend is for!

Chuck from the PSWCS was kind enough to send us this picture of a new Pez
Exclusive he found last night at Wal-Mart. They include The Death Star, The
Glow in the Dark Emperor, Darth Vader, R2-D2, C3PO, Grievous,
Chewie, Boba Fett. and Yoda! Listed with a run of 250,000 individually
numbered for $14.44 a set. The picture is from a camera phone but it gives
you a god idea what the set looks like! Thanks Again Chuck!

us know that this has been spotted at Toys R Us and also at BJs WholeSale
Club. Bill from

There are three "new" sets for your viewing pleasure. The first is of Hoth
Luke an Han, then there is an Endor Luke with speeder bike, and a Scout

Spike TV has engineered the biggest movie
purchase in the net's 22-year history, ponying up between $65 million and $70
million for a six-year exclusive deal covering all six of Lucasfilm's "Star
Wars" movies, reports Variety.
The blockbuster in the deal was Star Wars:
Episode III Revenge of the Sith, which Spike TV will get in the first network
window in April, 2008. That's the earliest window
a cable network has ever landed to a "Star Wars" movie; the first five titles
began their TV life on the Fox Network.
EntertainmentEarth.com has added images, to their site, of the upcoming
new wave of the titanium series. The wave includes: a Turbo Tank, a Jedi
Attack Cruiser, a Speeder Bike with Scout Trooper, and a one per case TIE

From Terrfett: I managed to find the final twelve at my Lynnwood,
Wa. Target, also found the Lava Obi-Wan, and Lava Vader(Anakin), and the
Clone 5 pack at the Lake Steven's Wa. Target. No ship or Clone trooper. Also
found a pretty cool Star Wars Popcorn tin at my Everett, Wa. Toys R Us. The
Everett Wa. Target had the Lego Space Battle pack, and Toys R Us has their
exclusive Lego set in that has the Arc Fighter, Tri-Droid Fighter, a mystery
mini either Anakin's Fighter or Arc Fighter, a poster and a Cd disc.

Target as soon as they opened and the only thing I found there was the Lava
Reflection figures and there was not many of them there at all. As for the
others, I could not find any of them !

Gentle Giant's website has pictures of the upcoming Emperor Palpatine mini
bust. The sculpt is based on the Revenge of the Sith appearance of the dark
lord of the Sith. This item is expected in April of 2006 and the production
numbers have not been released. Click

Hasbro.com announced today that they will accept the mail order forms
until March 31st 2006 which is good news for those that have yet to find the
mail in package or that are now seeing it for under retail!
In addition to that news, we got over 30 emails today of the set being in
mailboxes Tuesday! It arrived in our admins mailbox as well so if you have
yet to see the final product, check out some snapshots below and look for the
second wave of shipments to be arriving this week!

This weekend Star Wars collectors had a new addition to the weekend toy hunt
and that stop was Borders Bookstore. If you were lucky enough to get one, you
will notice a few things. One is that it is a LOT brighter than previous
models and it is also a lot lighter. Another funny thing I noticed is that
there a typo on the side of the box which reads
Returen instead of Return! Looks like MR must have hired the same
spellchecker that Hasbro had working on the Clone Wars Evolutions set! Check
out the picture of the error below and a few shots of the Luke FX next
to other models!
